Refunds

The short version. Download the book, look through it with your family, and if it is not right for your household, email hello@edenverse.earth within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why and you do not need to prove anything.
How to ask
Send an email to hello@edenverse.earth from the address you used to buy, or include your order email. That is the whole process. There is no form.
How long it takes
We aim to reply within two working days and to send the refund the same day we reply. Once it is issued, your bank or card provider usually takes another three to five working days to show it.
The limits, stated plainly
- Fourteen days from the date of purchase.
- One refund per household. This is a file that cannot be returned, so the promise is offered in good faith and relies on it.
- The refund goes back to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else.
If something is simply broken
If the file will not open, the download link fails, or you were charged twice, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will fix it, whether or not fourteen days have passed.
Why we do it this way
You cannot fully judge a picture book from a page of screenshots, which is why three real pages are free and why this promise exists. If the book is not right for your family, we would rather you had your money back than a file you never open.
