This is a small independent studio, not a data business. This page describes every piece of information the site collects, why, and who else sees it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@edenverse.earth and a person will answer.

What we collect

Your email address, if you ask for the three free sample pages or buy the book. Nothing else is required and there are no other form fields.

Order details, if you buy: the amount, the currency, the time, and the email you used. Payment card details never reach this site — they are handled entirely by Whop.

Basic usage data: which pages were viewed, from what kind of device, and roughly where in the world, so we can tell whether our Pinterest posts are reaching anyone.

We do not ask for or want a child’s name, age, photograph or any other information about a child. This site is intended for the adult buying the book.

Who else sees it

• Resend delivers the emails. Your address is stored there so we can send your sample pages and, occasionally, a note when a new book exists.
• Whop processes payment and delivers the file. They hold the order record and the email used to buy.
• Pinterest measures whether an ad or pin led to a purchase. When you submit your email or complete an order, your address is converted into an irreversible hash before it is sent, so Pinterest can match it against their own records without ever receiving the address itself. This is what the note under the signup form refers to.
• Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, as part of running the site.

Your email address is never sold, rented, or handed to anyone outside that list.

Cookies and tracking

The Pinterest tag and the Whop checkout script both set cookies in your browser so a click can be connected to a later purchase. There are no advertising networks beyond Pinterest, no session recording, and no third-party analytics suite. Blocking cookies will not stop you buying or reading the book.

How long we keep it

Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs are short-lived.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate. You can also write to hello@edenverse.earth and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. We will do it, and we will not ask you to justify the request. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, under the GDPR or the CCPA among others; we intend to honour them regardless of where you live.

Where your data is handled

Edenverse is based in Ojai, California, and the services above are operated in the United States and the European Union. If you are writing from outside the United States, your information will be processed there.

Changes

If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
